SP Apartment

A home where rooms flow into one another, subtly defined by furniture and architectural gestures rather than solid walls. A metal mesh curtain separates the sleeping area, while custom pieces help carve out independent zones within a compact footprint.

It’s a bold project, rich in contrasts: raw meets refined, sharpness meets softness. A sculptural, metallic artwork hovers above the bed — edgy and expressive — set against the gentle curves of a wooden headboard, joined by bow-tie joints that echo craft and delicacy.

Every object is intentional. The space invites not only living, but feeling — offering an experience that is layered, personal, and deeply curated. Despite its size, the apartment includes a bedroom, kitchen, dining area (which easily becomes a work station), a living corner for music, reading or an evening drink, bathroom, hallway, and generous storage.

Designed in close collaboration with our friend and architect Georgina Spiridon — for whom this home was created — the project holds a personal resonance, shaped by shared ideas and mutual trust.
